COVID-19 Policy

1. All clients must check on body temperature, wear mask and wash your hand , when you get in salon seriously.

2. Provide hand sanitizer and disinfectant solution in salon. 

3. All staff must wear mask, face shield, Apron, Gloves and check on body temperature.

4. We only accept 4 clients per day and online appointment or please call and make an appointment only. No walk-in appointment. 

5. Social Distancing ( distance between cutting chairs 6 feet apart and shampoo chairs with wall shield ).

6. Disinfect ( scissors, combs, brushes, door handles, tables, rest room, cutting chairs, shampoo chairs, and all the equipment ) every each time.

7. Washing ( laundry ) one time use cutting cloth and Gown.

8. If you had a fever, you have been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 21 days, you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined, we are unable to make an appointment. Please wait to make an appointment for at least 21 days.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Please arrive at our salon on time of your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 

please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Less than 24 hours notice and NO SHOW will be charged 30% of reserved service amount. ($30 will be charged less than $100 service amount) No exceptions.

No refund or credits for any reason. No return or exchange on purchased items.
